Which platforms report metrics, what they report, and over what period

Where: the Analytics section

Analytics shows account-level performance for the platforms that expose it. Per-post numbers live on the post itself, see Post actions and statistics.

Platforms with analytics

Only 10 of the 34 platforms report analytics back to Nitty Music Social. The rest either have no analytics API or do not expose one Nitty Music Social can use, so they do not appear in the left rail here even though they work fine for posting.

Platform Ranges available
Facebook Page 7, 30, 90 days

Instagram (Standalone) 7, 30 days
LinkedIn Page 7, 30, 90 days
TikTok 7, 30 days

Google My Business 7, 30, 90 days
Pinterest 7, 30, 90 days

X 7, 30, 90 days

LinkedIn analytics are available for Pages, not personal profiles, because that is what LinkedIn’s API exposes.

What each platform reports

Metric names come from the platforms themselves, so this is indicative rather than exhaustive. Several platforms return whatever set their API decides to send on the day.

Platform Typical metrics
Facebook Page Page impressions, post engagement, followers, media views
Instagram Followers, reach, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, replies
LinkedIn Page Page views, clicks, shares, engagement, comments, organic and paid followers
TikTok Followers, following, total likes, video count, views, recent likes, recent comments, recent shares

Threads Views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes
X Impressions, likes, quotes, replies, reposts, bookmarks
Google My Business Website clicks, phone calls, direction requests, desktop and mobile map views

Per-post metrics

Per-post statistics are not on this page. Open the post in the calendar and choose Statistics, see Post actions and statistics. These platforms report them:

Dribbble and TikTok Business appear here but not in the account-level table above: they report per-post metrics only.

Reading the cards

Each metric is a card with a sparkline, a total for the period, and a trend indicator against the previous period of the same length. Changing the range recalculates both.

When a chart is empty

Most platforms only return data from the point the connection was authorised. Give it a few days.

Several platforms withhold analytics for new accounts, and Google Business withholds them for unverified profiles. The API returns nothing rather than an error, so the chart is simply blank.

An expired token breaks analytics before it breaks posting. Check for a red marker in the channel sidebar.

Try 7 days. If that works and 90 does not, the platform is refusing the longer window for this account.

Empty state

With no analytics-capable channels connected, the page tells you which platforms qualify and links back to the calendar to connect one.

Analytics over the API

Everything here is also available through the Public API, both per channel and per post.
